- Become familiar with the semicondutor devices used in analog and digital electronics;
- Design and analyse digital circuits;

II - Semi-conductor devices:diodes bipolar transistor, MOS transistor.
III - Digital electronics:CMOS circuits; bipolar circuits; logic families; memories
IV- Hardware description languages:VHDL; digital systems design.
