Objectives
On completion of the module students should have the knowledge, skills and ability to create strategic alternatives and develop a critical mindset in terms of strategy analysis, formulation and planning.

Evaluation Methodology
At all times of assessment, students must develop and present a strategic plan. The minimum passing grade is 9.5 points.

Method of interaction
Theoretical-practical classes in which the basic material is presented and discussed, with presentation of case studies that support the theoretical material. Strategic Plans are developed and monitored throughout the classes.
