On a date to be posted annually, the Student wishing to attend the Internship should contact the Course Director to formalize his intention.
On a date to be posted annually, the Student wishing to attend the Internship should contact the Course Director to formalize his intention. Being an eminently applied curricular unit, it will seek relations with external organizations that promote the application of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely Gender Equality (5) and Reduce inequalities (10) in HRM processes.
The trainee will remain, for the period defined in the respective curricular plan of the course, in an entity of recognized merit and suitability that is willing to accept it. During the internship period, the student trainee will perform a set of activities considered relevant, both for insertion in the work reality and for the host entity, in accordance with the previously defined internship plan.
Report on activities classified and developed at the internship site, which is assigned a classification by the supervisor of the entity where the student is studying and by the supervisor of the course.
Method of interaction
During the internship, the trainee will be supervised by the Supervisor appointed by the ESGT, who may include face-to-face sessions at ESGT's premises and contacts with the entity hosting the trainee.
