The students should be familiar with the ecological and territorial integration of ancient human communities and the methods of study and record of vegetable remains that are still preserved in archaeological sites.
Introduction to vegetable taxonomy.
Basics of numerical analysis.
The eco-fisiographic and territorial integration using GIS techniques.
Data sampling and collection in palaeoecology, archaeobotanics and environmental archaeology.
Pollen morphology and analysis.
