Master's degree in Prehistoric Archaeology and Rock Art
3 ECTS; 1º Ano, Anual, 7,0 TP + 12,0 TC + 8,0 S
The students should be able to use computer resources to record and disseminate archaeological information, mainly Web 2.0 technologies.
Basics of databases: categories, tuples, tables. Database relational models. Database normalisation. Create database queries.
After class, students should improve the project started during the classes, or develop one from scratch, being established
a working protocol with each student.
Method of interaction
Develop an integrating knowledge project during class. This project will involve the structuring of information in a database and the use of Web 2.0 tools to support the development of one archaeological team project
