Objectives
The students will familiarise themselves with the regulations governing labour relationships and understand the respective tools both for collective and individual Law. They should be able to identify the types of contracts,rights and duties of the contractual parties and contract termination modes.

Evaluation Methodology
Two mid-term tests, which value 40% icht and a tutorial work, 20% or final exam.
