The students will be introduced to the thematic of quality management as it is today applied to heritage management at international level, specially upon recognition of the HGES methodology by UNESCO. They should be able to apply these methodologies.

Testing (e.g. Main Church, Almourol Castle, Train Museum, etc).
Method of interaction
Lectures supported by debates and group work where each student has his/her specific responsibilies.
