On completion of the module the students should be able to analyse external geodynamic processes; identify and analyse environmental hazards linked to surface geodynamic processes and human activities and understand the causes of climate changes.
1- The Earth and its constituent materials
2- Internal geodynamic processes with external manifestations
3- The impact of surface geodynamic processes and human activity on the terrestrial environment.
4- The climate of a changing planet.
Final exam (50%)
Preparation of individual assignment (25%) + presentation (25%)
Method of interaction
- Presentation and discussion of power points on each course subject matter.
- Projection and discussion of short films
- Group assignment focused on the preparation of questionnaries.
