In this course the students should gain the hability to identify situations where the industrial automation can bring advantages. It is also intends mastering the equipment used in automation and its programming techniques.

Evaluation Methodology
Students will be assessed through, frequency examination: theoretical-practical exam (weigth 60%) and individual works performed during the semester (weight 40%);normal and recursive examination: theoretical-practical exam.
