Objectives
To contribute to the development of students' capacities for the design, planning and evaluation of different types of projects and programs of organizational intervention.

Evaluation Methodology
The evaluation of the course unit, in any evaluation phase, is based on the project report, as follows.
Continuous evaluation:
Individual project report - 1st stage (10%); 2nd Stage (20%); Step 3 (final project with oral presentation) (70%).
Evaluation by examination:
Project in Human Resources area with oral discussion (100%)
The students, who have all grades higher than 9.5, are approved.

Provide students with the reading of scientific texts related to the Integrated Human Resource Management Project; support students in the development of an Integrated Management Project, involving adequate research and methodology.
