Develop skills to explore tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, presentations and databases systems.
Explore network and Internet resources.

Introduction to Information Technology (IT) and Computer Architecture. Text Processing: Microsoft Word. Spreadsheet: Microsoft
Excel. Presentations: Microsoft Powerpoint. Networks and Internet.
Database Management Systems: Microsoft Access. Information and Innovation Systems in the Financial Institutions.

Evaluation Methodology
Written open-book test or examination.
Practical assignment with public discussion with minimum mark of 7 in each assessment component.
