In the internship component the CU focuses on the following contents: 1) Search for internship; 2) Relationship with colleagues and superiors in the world of work; 3) Activities to be developed at the internship location as a specialist in Human Resource Management; 4) Theoretical framework and critical analysis of the activities carried out.
The master's project work must be defended in public tests where the technical components, the form of the written work and the presentation and public defense will be evaluated, respecting the standards established by the ESGT - IPT.
The teaching methodology will be focused on tutorial sessions that will allow the theoretical and practical reflection of the individual research process or intervention of each student.
