Provide the students with knowledge and skills in the domain of building and industrial maintenance, namely the ability to understand concepts and apply common maintenance management techniques and tools.
Reliability; Maintenance and diagnosis methods for several Electrical, Mechanical and Electromechanical systems; Industrial Instrumentation Maintenance; Maintenance objectives and strategies; Maintenance information circuits and documents for maintenance; Maintenance service structure and staff organization; Maintenance contracts and Outsourcing; Maintenance management and control.
Written Test (mandatory); Public presentations and discussion of some of the projects and short essays (mandatory).
