Students should familiarise themselves with the regulations governing labour relationships and understand the respective tools, discriminate between collective and individual Law, identify types of contracts,rights and duties of the contractual parties and contract termination modes

Evaluation Methodology
Two mid-term tests, with 40% ich and a work,20% or final examination.
