Prerequisites
Students should have some knowledge on topics addressed in Human Resources Management I.

Objectives
A follow-up to Human Resources Management I, this course aims to equip students with knowledge and skills that will enable them to independently assume management functions particularly in the area of human resources in public administration.

Program
I - Learning, Training and Development. II - Performance appraisal. III - Communication and Internal Marketing. IV - Internal and External Consultancy. V - Career and profile of the human resources manager. VI - Quality of Life, Health and Ergonomics.

Evaluation Methodology
Final test and submission of a written work. Exemption from examination to students who have grade greater than or equal to 10 points.
