On completion of course the students should bve able to:
. incorporate organisations that have adopted TQM and continually improve quality management systems.
. develop a Quality System that meets the requirements of ISO Standard 9001:2008.
. have a structured approach to problems

Application process for certification of the QMS. The QMS documentation. 5. QMS audits. 6. The seven classic tools, problem solving methods(PDCA); benchmarking 6.Quality costs
Theoretical and practical work with oral presentation.
Written test (minimum mark required is 7).
