On February 16, a session will be held to present the results of the project "Oficina Tipográfica do politécnico de Tomar. Um património industrial a salvaguardar e valorizar/Typography Workshop of the Polytechnic of Tomar. An industrial heritage to protect and enhance".

The event will take place in the Dr José Bayolo Pacheco de Amorim auditorium on the Tomar campus from 2 to 6pm.

The event will include the screening of a documentary about the workshop, the launch of a book on its history and collection, the publication of a catalogue of its typefaces, and the inauguration of a Visitor Collection.

The project, developed by IPT professors Regina Delfino, Fernando Antunes, João Luz, Luís Oliveira, Pedro Matos and Vitor de Jesus, promoted various actions to study, organise, recover, restore and preserve this unique collection in a national higher education institution, mostly from the Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda.
