The IPT Robotics Competition returns on 15 May.

The Dr José Bayolo Pacheco de Amorim auditorium on the Tomar campus will host the 2024 edition of the event, which is scheduled to start at 9am.

The aim of this initiative is to encourage and motivate the interest of the entire educational community in scientific and technological areas and to provide an opportunity for students and teachers from all over the region to exchange experiences in a stimulating environment of scientific culture.

Each team must have a name and be composed of a maximum of five students and must include at least one teacher/mentor. The competition consists of two races: i) Line Following and ii) Dragster.
