In the internship component the CU focuses on the following contents: 1) Search for internship; 2) Relationship with colleagues and superiors in the world of work; 3) Activities to be developed at the internship location as a specialist in Human Resource Management; 4) Theoretical framework and critical analysis of the activities carried out.
The project work must be presented and defended before a board of examiners who will evaluate the project report and the technical component as according to ESGT-IPT regulations.
The teaching methodology will be focused on tutorial sessions that will allow theoretical and practical reflection about each student's individual research/work progress.
