Objectives
At the end of the term the students should:
- Understand the importance of OD
- Understand the OD process and its players
- Be familiar with the different techniques and tools of organisational
change
- Be familiar with the different levels of intervention

Program
1.Organizational culture: aspects, forms, resources.
2.Commitment establishment: networks, forums, opportunities.
3.Sponsorships: selection, models, incentives, responsibilities.
4.Team organization: areas, recruitment, selection.
5.Communication systems: tactics, effectiveness, decision.
6.Urgency: critical incidents, time management, impacts.
7.Vision: networks, details, surveys, descriptions.
8.Plan: criteria, levels, taxonomies.
9.Budget: means, areas, sponsors.
10.Coach: commitment, dialogue, decision, barriers.
11.Incentives: creativity, motivations.
12.Performance management: methodologies, behavior, processes.
13.Responsibilities: abilities, attitudes, competencies.

Evaluation Methodology
Ongoing assessment: Development work with organization (60%) and written test (40%). An average mark of 10/20 exempts students from taking the exam.
Final assessment: written exam.
