Objectives
Understanding of the reuse and refurbishment of existing buildings.
Understanding of the technical, environmental and regulatory aspects associated with the construction, refurbishment, adaptation and reuse process.

Program
3.Intervene in built heritage: concepts and principles.
2.Adaptation and functional renovation of buildings: intervention strategies.
3.Interventions on built assets: refurbishment, reuse and functional adaptation

Evaluation Methodology
Individual pratical work.
Eligibility to take the exam: a minimum mark of 9.5/20 exempts students from taking the exam.
Exam assessment: written test
