Prerequisites
Basics of electromagnetic spectrum and of the magnitude units used in the study of radiation.

Objectives
Provide skills on issues related to instrumental methods involving energy absorption, emission and dispersion and solvent extraction separation techniques.

2 ? Turbidimetry and nephelometry
3 ? Emission flame photometry
4 ? Atomic absorption spectrometry
5 ? Solvent extraction

Evaluation Methodology
Written tests and reports on laboratory work performed.
