Objectives
To present the general problems of entrepreneurship, under two general prisms: as an economic factor of development, and as a strategic management activity. To make students aware of the entrepreneurial activity, highlighting the conditions for the success of start-ups, namely the aspects that have to do with the planning of the new business and the product, the elaboration of the business plan, the financing options and the management future.

I - INTRODUCTION TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP

2.1. Entrepreneurship and economic activity.
2.2. National determinants of entrepreneurship
2.3. Personal determinants of entrepreneurship.
2.4. Influence of the national cultural sphere.

II - THE ENTREPRENEUR
1. Definitions of entrepreneur.
2. The decision to undertake.
3. The history of the entrepreneur.
4. Differentiate inventors, entrepreneurs and managers.
5. Generic characteristics of the successful entrepreneur. 6. The team of the new company.
 
III - THE INNOVATION PROCESS AND THE IDENTIFICATION OF OPPORTUNITIES.
1. Opportunities and ideas.
2. Sources of new ideas
3. Trends in the environmental environment and opportunities.
4. Methods of generating new ideas.
5. Evaluation of ideas.
6. The protection of intellectual property.
6.1. Patents
6.2. Brands
6.3. Copyright
7. The business model (The Business Model Screen).

IV - THE BUSINESS PLAN
1. Utility and the component parts of the Business Plan. 2. Analysis and formulation of the strategy of the new company.
3. The Marketing Plan of the new company.
4. Meeting and management of Human Resources.
5. The Legal Form and the formalities for the creation of the new company.
6. Financing the new company.
7. Economic-Financial Analysis of the new company.
8. Presentation of the Business Plan.
