Objectives
Students should familiarise themselves with the regulations governing labour relationships and understand the respective tools, discriminate between collective and individual Law, identify types of contracts,rights and duties of the contractual parties and contract termination modes.

Evaluation Methodology
There will be two written tests, each weighted at 50 per cent. Only students who obtain a mark of 8 (eight) or more in the first test will be eligible to sit the second test. In continuous assessment, the student who obtains an average of 10 marks will pass and be exempt from the exam.
The student eligible for the exam sits the written exam and will Pass if he obtains a mark of 10.
