Holders of a Bachelor's degree (licenciado) in Public Administration should:
- be familiar with the terminology and have good scientific foundations in public administration;
- be able to articulate the several program modules within the higher education context.
- be familiar with, conceptualise and apply the techniques and instruments for creation, development and evaluation within the professional and academic contexts and its application in public administration;
- be able to apply theoretical knowledge and skills acquired in professional activities related with their academic background.
