Manage and ensure the application of technical and administrative procedures required in order to obtain the relevant information in the field of human resource management, such as support for decision-making.
Objectives
Plan and operationalize the recruitment process and selection;
Plan and make the process of acceptance and socialization of new employees;
Run or guide the collection of data on attendance, processing and payment of wages;
Complete documentation of legal obligations;
Develop training plans and reports, applying the administrative procedures resulting from employment law;
Implement processes involved in team management;
Promote good interpersonal practices;
Make the administrative process of assessing performance;
Ensure the implementation of safety and health work;
Structure and use the support of information systems
the management of human resources;
Update the information of the individual processes contributors;
Implement internal and external communication plans.
