Objectives
Explore the various aspects of active training (preparation, conduct training and transfer to the workplace). Promote active methodology of training as the preferred approach in adult education. Explore different examples of techniques, to develop and evaluate training sessions.

- Planning of training: the plan to action
- Skills and operational objectives
- Design of the process of training and learning
- Monitoring and evaluation of training and learning
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation
- Training evaluation.
- National system of qualifications;
- National set of qualifications;
-Fundamental concepts of professional training;
-Law about professional training and trainer;
-Trainer profile (activities, competencies and qualifications);
-Multitasking professional trainer;
-Deontologic code: trainer's rights and duties.
- Training plans and session planifications;
- Training models: e-learning training; the role of e-trainer; basic principles of e-training; b-training;
-Development of multimedia trainin programmes;
- Learning platforms;
- Learning virtual communities;
- Different methods of pedagogy: concepts, tyoes and ways of diferentiation; Why do we need to differentiate?
- Pedagogic intervention application;
- The effect of training and employability;
- Training evaluation: who must do it;
-Self-learning resources and learning over lifetime: trainers' formation; distance trainers; coacher; trainer manager.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous evaluation: 2 individual works (100%).
Final evaluation: Exam (100%).
Students are approved if they have 9.5 or more values in each evaluation moment.
