Objectives
Be able to align a project with the organisational strategy and equating optimization scenarios; Be able to macro estimate a real estate project in terms of cost taking into account the its history; Understand the concept of project being able to identify the proper limits.
Program
Introduction to project management; Project qualitative evaluation techniques; Project macro parametric estimation techniques; Network analysis using CPM and Pert methods; Planning process; Control process.
Evaluation Methodology
Single piece of assessment: Final Exam or Continuous Assessment (minimum score of 9/20): 60% Final Exam + 40% Practical Work.

Teaching Method
The lecture method is used in order to explain the main theoretical topics in the module. The interrogative method is used resorting to dialogue and debate. The active method gives students a central role.
