Objectives
At the end of the course, students should be able to use the main resources of production planning, programming and control in order to maximize productivity, in accordance with the 12th objective of sustainable development, Sustainable Production and Consumption, recommended by the United Nations.

3- Product and process analysis.
4- Stock management and inventory with independent demand.
5-Just-in-time.
6-Strategic decisions.

Continuous evaluation:
Written test 40%
Final practical case resolution and discussion 40%
Resolution of practical cases 10%
10% attendance
Exam assessment:
100% written test
