In the resit period, the student is "Approved" if they obtain 10 points.
In any assessment period, if there is suspicion of fraud (plagiarism or copying), Article 21, § 5 of the Academic Regulations will apply. Fraud will be suspected whenever there is evidence of copying answers to exercises done in class or notes provided by the teacher, or suspicion of the use of artificial intelligence in the answers.
