b. Importance of the organizational climate in a talented company.
c. An organizational pyramid to support talent.
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous Assessment:
Group work and presentation: 50% (30% + 20%);
Individual assignment: 40%;
In-class tasks and presentation: 10%.
For the purposes of passing the course unit, the grade obtained in the individual assignment and the group work may not be lower than 8 out of 20 in either component. In addition, students must obtain a minimum final grade of 9.5 out of 20, resulting from the weighted assessment components.
Examination:
Final examination: 100% of the final grade.
