Continuous assessment during the period of contact (time of attendance):
It comprises two parts corresponding to each part (I and II) indicated in the syllabus.
In each part, the assessment consists of a written test (rated at 20 points) and an oral defense (rated at 20 points). The classification (final) of each part (CP1 and CP2) corresponds to the sum of the classification of the written test, with a weight of 70%, and the oral defense, with a weight of 30%.
CP1 = written test P1 (70% weight) + P1 defense (30% weight)
CP2 = written test P2 (70% weight) + P2 defense (30% weight)
The final classification of the UC corresponds to the sum of the classifications of each part with the following weights:
Final classification = CP1 (60% weight) + CP2 (40% weight)
Students are approved (exam waiver) if the final grade is greater than or equal to 10 values.
Assessment by exam (exam periods, appeal exams and special exams):
It comprises a written test quoted for 20 values. Students are approved if the classification of the written exam is greater than or equal to 10 values.

The expository method is used to explain the main theoretical themes is use audio-visual illustrations with various details of the execution of the construction processes and the analysis of current management documents in the construction.
During the presentation of practical cases, students will always have the opportunity to ask questions allowing to understand the technical suitability and economic solutions and understand the most appropriate choice.
