Objectives
Define conflict;
Identify the different types of conflict;
List the stages of conflict;
Identify causes and consequences of conflict;
Identify different styles of conflict management;
Define the stages of negotiation;
Identify and use different negotiation techniques.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment: case analysis (60%) and written test (40%). Those who obtain an average of 10 or more will be exempt from the final assessment.
Final assessment is a written exam.

Teaching Method
The theoretical part of the course will be taught by means of the lecture method. The practical component will involve analysis of case studies and problem-solving activities.
