Objectives
1st part - Human Resources Management
Provide students with theoretical knowledge that will allow them to know some theories, the evolution of techniques and instruments related to business management and human resources;

Develop conceptual and analytical skills on human resources management activities in organizations;

2nd Part - The new frontiers of management - The Age of Knowledge
It is intended that students understand the approach that economic theory gives to intangibles, in the light of the mechanisms of the innovation economy.

We seek to learn a body of fundamental knowledge about the theoretical problems developed in an attempt to better understand the organizational dynamics, at the current stage of the development of management theory.

3rd Part - Teams & Organizational Communication
To become aware of the dynamics of human behavior in organizations.

Understanding of the concept and the communication process and its strategic relevance in the current business environment;

Understanding and critical analysis of the various communication processes and their importance as a means of managing human resources;

Ability to understand and discuss specific and current topics related to business communication, namely intercultural and virtual communication.

Skills:
Provide students with skills and competences for critical reflection, analysis and diagnosis of different organizational scenarios that allow them to make a critical use of theoretical instruments.
