Objectives
The curricular unit Project has a professional character. It is an opportunity for the student to develop a work with technological and scientific objectives in order to complement the skills acquired in the teaching component. It must be an original work.
Program
The work plan is defined for each student, according to the selected theme.
Evaluation Methodology
It has a specific evaluation regime defined by the Regulatory Standards of the Master Courses of the Tomar Higher School of Technology (ESTT). At the end of the school year, the student submits the report that is subject to assessment, as provided by law.

Teaching Method
The student develops an original project, under Real Estate Asset Valuation and Management. It has one or more advisors. At the end of the school year you must submit a final document / report for public discussion and consideration.
