During the Frequency Assessment period, the evaluation of the course is continuous and the final grade is the result of the following weighting:
Attendance and participation (10%) + Exercises (50%) + Project 1 (20%) + Project 2 (20%).
This assessment method also applies to Erasmus students.
Working students: the assessment of students with working-student status is based on the following weighting:
Assignments (60%) + Project 1 (20%) + Project 2 (20%).
Students with working-student status must contact the lecturer within the first two weeks of the term to find out how they will be assessed.
Exam-based Assessment: students who do not pass during the continuous assessment period are eligible for exam-based assessment.
During the Exam-based Assessment period, the final mark is calculated as follows:
Exercises (30%) + Project 1 (15%) + Project 2 (15%) + Theoretical-practical test (40%).
For the purposes of assessment by examination, the marks obtained in the Exercises, Project 1 and Project 2 during the continuous assessment period are taken into account.
Special Assessment Period: the provisions set out for examination-based assessment apply.
Students pass the course unit in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 11 and 12 of Article 11 of the IPT Academic Regulations.
