5. Contractual contents.

1. Labor Law and other branches of Law.
2. Institutional frameworks.
3. The elements of the contract.
4. Contracts in which subordination is presumed.
5. The rights and duties of the parties.
6. Personality rights.
7. Types of employment contract
8. Location and time of work
9. Retribution - equality
10. Vacations and absences
11. Ways to terminate contracts.

Evaluation Methodology
A written test will be carried out on the entire subject, with the student who obtains a minimum grade of 10 (ten) being “exempt from the exam”.
The student “Admitted to the Exam” will take a written exam, being “Approved” if he obtains 10 (ten) points.
At the time of appeal, the student who registers will take a written exam and will be “Approved” if he obtains 10 (ten) points.
