Objectives
The students must be able to: a) Understand and describe economic issues b) Use statistical and bibliographical data sources to obtain the relevant information for specific problems c) Write reports on economic issues d) Solve applied exercises

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous Assessment:
Written Test 1 50%
Written Test 2 50%
Students will be excluded from the continuous assessment scheme if they:
fail to obtain a minimum grade of 7 out of 20 in the written test.
The final grade is calculated as the weighted arithmetic mean of all assessment components.
Examination Assessment (Regular and Resit Examination Periods):
Written Examination 100%
The written examination covers all the content taught throughout the semester.
Minimum passing grade: 10 out of 20.
