The course contentes are designed for students with no legal background. It includes the fundamentals of the Portuguese legal system and specific aspects that are of utility to the profission

IV.Public administration with jurisdiction over cultural heritage: central; regional; local
V.Major lines of the present Portuguese legal Framework for cultural heritage
a) Portuguese law

Evaluation Methodology
Assessment includes:
a) one mid-term test with minimum pass mark of 10/20;
b) a final exam for students who failed the test with minimum pass mark of 10/20.
