Objectives
The student should develop the following competencies:
to plan, implement, execute and control the efficient and effective direct and inverse flow and storage operations of goods, services and related information between the point of origin and point of consumption in order to meet customers' requirements / needs.
Know the logistics activities, namely sourcing and procurement activities, production planning and scheduling, packing, assembly, customer service, inbound and outbound management in terms of transportation, fleet management, storage management, material handling and handling, order response management, logistics network design, inventory management, supply and demand planning, and management of logistics service providers.
Connect Logistics to the 12th Sustainable Development Goal, Sustainable Production and Consumption, recommended by the United Nations.
