Objectives
To contribute to the development of students' abilities for the design, planning and evaluation of different types of projects and organizational intervention programs.

Evaluation Methodology
The evaluation of the course unit, in any evaluation phase, is based on the project report, carried out as follows.
Continuous evaluation:
Project report following the following steps:
1st Stage (10%);
2nd Stage (20%);
3rd Stage (final project: i) written report (40%); ii) individual oral presentation (30%).
Students are approved, with a grade equal to or greater than 9.5 in all stages.
The final grade will correspond to the weighted average of the 3 stages, being necessary the grade of 9.5 values to obtain approval in the discipline.
