Objectives
In this course the students should gain the hability to identify situations where the industrial automation can bring advantages. It is also intends mastering the equipment used in automation and its programming techniques.

Evaluation Methodology
The evaluation will be performed based on written tests according the schedule and criteria defined on the academic regulation.
