This course aims to enable the student to understand and interpret financial cycles and calculate the company's financial needs inherent to them. The student must know how to interpret information which will enable him/her to analyze the financial position and results of activities of an enterprise.

Instruments of Management Control. Strategy and operational plans in the short and medium/long term. Management policies. The company's treasury. The analysis of the financial structure of the company. Concept of financial balance. Financial indicators, and economic operations. Cost management in enterprises in tourism. The notion of plan and budget.

Evaluation Methodology
The evaluation will consist of a written test. Students who achieve a grade the 10 in the written test do not have to take a written examination.
The final evaluation will take place within the timeframe and will consist of a written examination.

Teaching Method
Theoretical-practical lessons with demonstrative and interactive exercises. About 50% of the effective time of lessons is reserved for practical applications that include calculations.
