Objectives
A follow-up of the work started in French I. The students are required to show more advanced skills in the sector of tourism, hotel and restaurant industry. Their writing and speaking skills in the working context should be enhanced.
Program
1. French tourism (types of tourism, the stakeholders involved, tourist animation, design of tourist products, touristic promotion sectors)
2. Professional situations (animation, promotion of a destination, sale of a touristic product, tourist guides)
3. Grammar (according to the subject matters taught)

Continuous assessment:
- classroom and outside tasks (20%)
- Professional project (25%)
- end-of-semester test (55%)
Final assessment: professional project (25%)
- Written exam (75%)
