Objectives
t the end of the semester, the student should be able to:
- Explain the communication principles;
- Prepare corporate communications (internal, institutional and commercial);
- Prepare a communication plan;
- Provide assistance in communication issues;
- Apply negotiation techniques

- The communication process;
- The psychosociology of communication.
- Corporate Communications (internal, institutional and commercial);
- The communication plan;
- Communication advisory;
- Business negotiation: objectives and techniques.
