Objectives
Provide knowledge of stock purchase and management processes. Understand the various types of production processes. Be able to organise the production management related documentation. Implement Lean Management tools. Calculate production costs.

Evaluation Methodology
Written intermediate test or exam with 7/20 as minimum admission mark.
