Objectives
Students should:
- Be sensitised to French and French-speaking civilization and culture
- Acquire and improve language skills
- Acquire and improve general communication skills in the area of social relationships and information
- Acquire cultural knowledge and know-how

1- Oral and written communication (suggérer et recommander, comparer, exprimer une opinion, situer un fait dans le passé/le futur, décrire et comparer, ...)
2- Lexical contents (vie quotidienne, professions, ...)
3- Text types (sommaire, articles de presse, données statistiques, annonces, offres d'emploi, profils professionnels, ...)

Continuous assessment:
- Tasks inside and outside the classroom: 25%
- Assessment sheet: 15%
- Written test at the end of semester: 60%
