Manage and ensure the application of technical and administrative procedures required in order to obtain the relevant information in the field of human resource management, such as support for decision-making.



• Plan and operationalize the recruitment process and selection;

• Run or guide the collection of data on attendance, processing and payment of wages;
• Complete documentation of legal obligations;
• Develop training plans and reports, applying the administrative procedures resulting from employment law;
