The Centro de Estudos em Fotografia de Tomar is hosting the opening of the exhibition "Tipographia Photographia" by António Silva Magalhães on 22 June. 

The event starts at 11am and is part of the celebrations for the 190th anniversary of the birth of António da Silva Magalhães, Tomar's first photographer.

Programme:

• Launch of "Cadernos Culturais Nabantinos volume IV: A Fotografia em Tomar";
• Opening of the exhibition, "Typographia Photographia Silva Magalhães - Photography and the Photographic Process at the turn of the 19th to the 20th century".

The exhibition can be visited until the end of August between 10am and 6pm on weekdays, or from 2pm to 6pm at weekends.
