As in Portuguese law, a) and d), nº1, do artº 17º, do DL 74/2006, de 24 de Março:
- Have a Degree of a first cycle of studies; or
- Have a relevante scholar, scientific or professional curriculum which has to be recognized by the scientific board of the school where it is to be admited.
